How the signup form handles your email

What the form collects
Your email address, and a short label that says which form you used (for example the one at the top of the home page). The sponsor enquiry form also collects your name, company, the placement and month you’re interested in and your message.
Where it goes
Submissions are sent through this website’s form service to the newsletter’s inbox or mailing service. They are used to send you Small Hours, or to reply to your enquiry. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
How long it’s kept
Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe. Sponsor enquiries are kept for up to two years so past conversations can be found again, then deleted.
Your choices
Every issue has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
